Shipping als billing is not business like

Very cheap outdated product. Did not live up to expectations and especially for the price I was charged. Now it will probably just end up in a landfill somewhere or something. It's from 2010 why do you even still have these in your inventory?!

I purchased this item as my company recently gave me a MacBook Air with an M1 chip that doesn't support multiple monitors that I have been using for 10 years. Unfortunately, I can only get one monitor to work. I have done my own trouble shooting; replaced HDMI, switched HDMI from working monitor to non-working, power cycle, etc. I have also called their tech support and was told they cannot help and directed me to submit a ticket, and I have not heard back yet. I did get both my monitors to work, however, one is using the Hyper HDM1H and the other is working by plugging in my old USB-C to dual HDMI from Sonnet Technologies. Unfortunately, this takes up the only two USB-C ports on my MacBook. I know, i can use the different ports on the HDM1H, but that defeats the purpose, and sometimes my devices state that it is hardware that cannot be recognized.
