Poor customer service

Returned product. First, when ordering, it says it works with M1 chip on Macbook Air. Then if you search it independently it does not. The work around given to me by support was to download a driver that the only way it would work was to give it permission to constantly record your screen even when the application was not in use. Not downloading the spyware, returning the product, very disappointed.

HYPER ignores me, no response for exchange of defective hub.

I want to see a list of the items I've purchased.
