Lacking

Cable simply did not work. Way too much correspondence and a request for a video to show what was happening. Not sure what the video was meant to demonstrate as the on screen issue is dependent on which components are connected with the cable. Surprised a return was not requested to trouble shoot the problem. Was it manufacturing or design?
