I cannot recommend anyone purchase this. I asked support how much would it charge a dead battery on an iPhone 12 Pro. I was told approximately 1.5 times. Well I tried 2 different iPhone 12 Pros from 20% using a fulling charged Hyper battery pack and the most I would get before the battery pack went dead was approximately up to 84%. Not even close to one full charge let alone 1.5. Cannot recommended.

No what I was expecting

I haven't tried to return the product yet so this is the best I can do.

Cons(in order of importance): 1. Doesn't allow multiple monitors on my Mac, while Startech hubs do. Startech lets me hook up 3 monitors; only downside is it provides only 60 Watts, so I wanted this for more power. 2. Can't be used as secondary hub just for USB-C ports - it isn't detected by my laptop if it's not the primary. 3. It's supposed to come with a USB-C cable and didn't 4. The power cable doesn't feel like it inserts all the way, even though it does provide power. Pros: * More power & faster ports than other hubs

Extra shipping charges (I'm in Canada) were not expected.
