Promptly responded. Unfortunately it sat on Hyper's shipping dock a while before being actually shipped.

Here we are at crunch time. I want to gift 3-4 100W units. Cart doesn’t seem to be able to handle more than one ship to address. Further nobody’s there to answer calls because it’s a weekend. I’m handcuffed until Monday. Could use some improvement.

bought the product a week early since i could have saved money and bought it on black friday, customer service couldve reminded me to come back about a week later...got reduced shipment costs so I appreciate the effort from hyper side.
