Fabulous products and I would love to visit the site again but although the shipping, packaging, and efficiency were excellent, the cost of postage to the UK is prohibitive. I shall certainly browse and wish but purchasing is a none starter. What a shame.

Love your products, nice customer reps, overall great company, however I had to pay for my own shipping return label and there was a restocking fee. Find literally any other modern business and copy whatever they do to afford sending prepaid return labels and not charge restocking fees please.

Quick shipment. Have not experienced any drastic issues to warrant customer service contact yet, however, so far so good.
