Service and shipping was good. Product could be improved

nice service with a fast reply.

Shipping was great and got the product on time

Good customer service and fast shipping. Listing was unclear that it didn’t include a charging wire for the portable battery pack

I love this device. the color matches perfectly with my new Air and I am able to use my external mouse and other devices with the old USB port. Great purchase, but wish it was cheaper. I took off a star for the price. I think it should be at least $20 cheaper.
