For the first round, I ordered 12 of the ST21 smart bulbs. One failed barely outside of the warranty period. Customer service first said they would replace the faulty bulb for me, but it needed manager approval. Well, the approval never came and neither did any communication about the status. I called multiple times and talked to different people, all telling me that my replacement bulb was about to be shipped. It never happened. I have never had a company ghost me the way that geeni has. I finally suck it up after living with one bulb out for quite a while, and I ordered another 2 pack. The new bulbs connected to WiFi and the app. But even if you can get them to group with the existing bulbs, they will not be controlled as a group like they are supposed to. So the original ones work as they should, but the new ones do not. I submit a customer support ticket and received a BS AI response basically with general FAQs/troubleshooting. The message said to reply if I needed additional help, so I replied. I still have not heard anything from a human being. I can legitimately say that I will never recommend geeni to anyone, and I will be switching brands. Don't be fooled by their claims for a positive customer support experience, because I have yet to experience it
