Easy to install and pair with phone. Video quality is really good. Only negative for us is they are too sensitive in regards to motion. I have them on the lowest possible setting and they still go off when it rains or snows. Annoying. Otherwise, great products. We have 7 cameras total.

It seemed to ship fine. When I told customer service the problem about the product they wanted me to send a video but all I wanted was an easy way to dislodge stuck treats. I tried to suggest a solution but not sure if anything will be done in future iterations of the product
