It seemed to ship fine. When I told customer service the problem about the product they wanted me to send a video but all I wanted was an easy way to dislodge stuck treats. I tried to suggest a solution but not sure if anything will be done in future iterations of the product

Fast shipping. Light have several scenes that can have the light change colors at different rythms. This is a plus I wasn't expecting. Programming it with the app, seems like it could be made easier. However, the multicolor light has a good price to go and have fun.
