First order

The website made it a little difficult to get my order to be exactly what I wanted but I finally succeded.

Was easy and time saving.

Before i ordered, I asked if their cartridges contain the chip that lets the printer report ink remaining. They sent me a nice mesage stating how good their cartridges are, how they are always shiped full etc. BUT, they never answered the question I asked. They just danced around having to answer my question. So, I have to assume the answer is NO. There is no chip to let the printer report on ink status. Other vendors do offer that kind of cartridge.
