Just installed my cartridges and the printer says Im low on ink. Were they not filled all the way?

Arrived quickly. 1st of 3 cartridges unusable.

Website was easy to use. The toner arrived in two days.

price too high but everything else from imple ordering to timely delivery was excellent

I found the cartridges to be of high quality build and fit. My only knock on them was a small smudge of ink on one cartridge that stained my fingers when I removed it from packaging to insert into carriage, otherwise all is good.
