I have to talk in generalities as I'm a bit too lazy to look up specific numbers. Shipments are usually unbelievably quick. Something happened with the last shipment as it took over a week to arrive. I think the problem was with the postal system. I have noticed that your prices are significantly higher than years ago. I used to be amazed by how low they were. This is no longer the case. In the past, I would occasionally encounter a cartridge that didn't work. Because they were so cheap, I didn't worry about this. Now, fortunately, the quality of cartridges is excellent. They appear to work all the time. Bottom line is that I will continue to buy your products. However, I feel that you should make efforts to lower your prices or give price incentives to repeat cuntomers, etc.

Price was reasonable and service was quick.

Good experience with the company. Only needed more feedback on when the product was to arrive. Had to call company regarding when product was shipped.

I always buy the 61xl cartridge. I don't know how i purchased the 61. My mistake.

Product worked without error messages. Shipping was surprisingly fast at no extra cost.
