Where is the cartridge? Order/no get

New cartridge stopped printing only after a few pages. On response from my email. Will not be a customer.

Not pleased with the Kodak 30 replacement cartridges as they do not print correctly and I will not purchase the agaim

Horrible shipping delay. It took weeks to get my order (still hasn’t been delivered). Although I realize the merchant had no control over delivery, they DO have a choice in the delivery company they ship with. Shipping was by USPS which had a well publicized decrease in shipping time/staff/ability. When people order things like office supplies, they usually need them in a timely matter. I had to go out and buy toner which was counter productive to the “order online convenience” factor. Not to mention the expense and that I still haven’t received my ordered and prepaid product.
