I just got home from work and my package was not in my mailbox. It said it was delivered today at 6:18pm.

Hello, I've never had an issue with your ink, but the green is coming out brown, and the other colors are coming out dark too! I'm a teacher and I'm printing a lot for school right now. I just installed the new cartridge, and the colors are coming out terrible. I even ran the "Clean my Cartridge" function on my printer, and it didn't help. I attached a photo. On the right is how my old cartridge printed before it ran out - this is how it should look. On the left is how the new cartridge printed.

Ink is terrible. Was hoping to find an ink close to the quality of Kodak but this was not it. Color quality on prints are faded with green haze to them. Very disappointed.

Two of the cartridges you sent were empty!!!!!! My copies come out all different colors and I have wasted a ton of paper. I won't be buying your product any more. And here I sit with wasted money on cartridges I can't use....

Asked House of Toners to address issue and no response. Been 3 Days and counting.
