The color cartridges were read as empty when I put them in my printer. Both packages. I did not even open the black ones. Went to request a return to return them immediately and was told only could get store credit and not a refund.

They would not work. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

The shipping and ability to order the product were just fine. But the service was horrible. I received my ink only to be disappointed.y cartridges were empty!!. I ordered the 3 colors and my yellow was empty totally, and the blue and magenta had almost nothing in them. I was very upset with my order to find out that I wasted money on these cartridges thinking I was saving myself money. I do not plan on buying or recommending this site to anyone. I will pay full price for my ink to make sure im getting the full cartridges
