Toner doesnt work no answer from customer service. Canceling credit card payment

I am returning my order because I could not get it to work on my Canon 190 and I called and left messages and tried to get through to someone to help me get it to work and could never get a car returned are able to talk to anyone. Hope y’all have better luck in the future. March 20, 2022 will be returning items tomorrow

I am very disappointed from Houseoftoners. I had very good customer service from my first order when one of the cartridges had a problem. This store honored their promise to make an exchange/return for items purchased within one year. HOWEVER, I could not get any customer service in my second order when there was another cartridge problem. I contacted their customer service several times via their website return service, email, and live chat without any response. So far, their cartridges have a 50% fail rate for me!!

Your customer service sucks but you already know that, right? Just email a return label so I can return what you sent me for what I ordered. Order #676521.

ORDERED 2 CARTRIDGES, ONE BLACK AND ONE COLOR. BLACK CARTRIDGE IS NON WORKING DEFECTIVE HP 21. HAVE TRIED E-MAIL AND WAS NON DELIVERABLE. TRIED CALLING AND NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT . CALLED CREDIT CARD TODAY AND CHALLENGED CHARGE.
