I emailed customer service 3 times, no reply! I want to return the ink because i no longer need it-shipping Takes much longer than expected.

I wrote to you about the cartridge that I got from you and the color works great but the black the machine is saying that there is some wrong with the cartridge and you have not got back to me I sent two emails

Both my inks were unusable and customer service will not get back to me.

Advertise XL 60 cartridge gives 500 pages but started printing like crap after only 170 pages. Shit quality.

Previous order was wrong. Sent wrong size cartridge. Tried and tried to get help but no one ever reaponded
