I have defective cartridges and no one is replying to my vm & email requests ........

One of the cartridges would not work, at all. I called to ask for a refund label so I could exchange it. I called several times, left a few messages, all for naught.

Shipping was efficient, but got the wrong items specified on my order

You cashed my card several weeks ago and I gave notice to cancel the order and credit my bank. Now weeks later you act like nothing occurred and you are shipping my Product. I fulfilled my needs from a competitor who shipped in two days at a lower price Do not ship. Credit my account I find it very strange to have two companies that are competitors with the same name. One House of Toner and the other House of Tower’s. ????? Sorry but you are not very reliable nor dependable. Richard. Beitel PS. Neither companies as .I spoke to you both

The delivery was great but the color ink cartridge is leaving streaks when I print. I haven't tried the black because I still have some.
