Poor toner experience

It would help if you send the tuners before asking for a review.

I purchased a 3 pk of color cartridges, and only one of the colors worked. I submitted this to House of Toners, but I have yet to hear their response. I hope to have the cartridges replaced.

I was happy with the price and service but not happy with the product I made 6 copies in b&w and the empty lite came on I think it should have lasted longer it's the xl
