The ordering process went fine. The cost was low but the color ink was not usable. It leaked all over in the container

The order process and delivery were great, however both black and color cartridges ordered did not perform well even after repeated cleaning and alignment. in 3 days, printing about 12 pages the black does not print at all. Test page is from day 1, alignment page showing no black at all is, from the time of this review.

cartridges did not work, not compatible with my HP printer, sent them back for refund

On 11/17 I received an email for a "Black 15" promo for 15% off an order of $30 or more. The very next day,11/18, I put in an order of $52 and put in the "Black 15" code. The code was refused saying it had expired a month ago. Very disappointing. Order #644715 Leslie Jaime

At least two of the cartridges show up as empty with one of those showing as counterfeit.
