I have ordered several times. You can deffinatly tell the new vs. Used products. Ordered a toner cartridge once and it streaked. I thought it was my old printer. Took a chance and ordered another worked fine. On another recent order of ink cartridges, 5 arrived in new packaging, the teh other two which were clearly refilled were leaking everywhere. Red/blue i had purple fingers. The red was almost a third empty. It is still a whole lot cheaper to do this though, and way less mess than trying to do it on your own. I still highly recommend ordering from these folks.

Ink worked for one day, now I can’t get the black to print correctly at all, no matter what I do.

Dissatisfied with delivery. Ordered on May 27. Not yet delivered on June 5. Perhaps choose better delivery company. NOT USPS!! Try reliable UPS.
