Cost of product has increased 33% from last year. Shipping was free, now $4. Last year I paid $20 for this cartridge and now its $30 !!! Considering you receive free products to refill and resell, I think your prices are getting a bit high. Been a loyal customer for years but now I will have to look around for a better deal. Fast shipping and easy to order

Upon receipt of the pkage it had leaked. There seemed to be most of the ink still in the cartridge so I went ahead and installed it. I have yet to test the printer

The black cartridge came broken or was overfilled as it leaked inside the bag. The 3 color cartridges seemed fine.

ordered canon toner 30 and 31 suppose to get two black and one color. ordered two packages. received two packages but containing one of each. will you send me the difference in $ or extra black toner? David Cameron
