Sadly we have at least one cartridge that leaked all over the cartridge insert in the printer. We had to try a different cartridge and try to clean it out. Hopefully we can get it replaced, but what a mess. The cartridges also don’t slide in and out very smooth. Order was fast and shipping was super quick! The website seemed ok on a cell phone, probably better on a computer.

Comments online from another buyer mentions free shipping butI got message back saying over $40 this still did not help explain why at $100+ I still got charged $3.95 Then got part of offer and still waiting for the balance

Well website was easy to navigate through and order. Service was fine and shipping was pretty quick. Only issue is when I installed the ink cartridges my printer is saying there almost empty. So now I'm thinking this might have been a waist of money. Would really like to get some filled cartridges or my money back.

Recycling is good. And usually costs less............so I bought from you. But the downside is the shipping time. I'm still waiting for it.
