That was easy!

This was the first time I ordered remanufactured inkjet cartridges for my HP C4400 series printer. Service was fast and courteous. The inkjet cartridges work but every time I want to print something I have to push a number of buttons on the printer to get to a place where I can actually print - otherwise, I just get a message saying "Incompatible Print Cartridges". Any way to get around this?

Somehow the ink are not good when i printed about 80%.

I initially went to Staples to replace the black ink cartridge for my new printer. The price was unbelievable, a friend recommended "House of Toners". I'm so glad she did.

i thought i purchased 2 63XL black and 1 63XL color, all 3 are black, so i will work with what i received, maybe another time i can get exactly what i ordered. Thank you Bernadette Rush order # 788653
