One of the ink cartridges had spilled out but was contained in the packaging. It was useless. I was not going to open it and get ink all over

Received the shipment, but unfortunately the 901 ink cartridges do not fit my HP 4500 printer.

My black cartridge chip is not being read so my printer is not accepting this one but the other colored cartridges can be read. I have tried multiple times taking it out and putting it back in and nothing it just gives me that error

I did not receive the correct Toner for my Samsung Printer. Contact support, sent email, haven't gotten a reply

Your service was okay, but you listed that these cartridges had the HP chip in them, and my printer says they do have the HP chip in them. What am I supposed to do? Do I need to return them to you? Thanks for a prompt response......Arnold Newton
