The product is amazing, and when I had an issue with it, the customer service was even better! Such a great tool to help regulate my sleep cycle, and when the light stopped working randomly some days, the Hatch team immediately sent me a replacement! Couldn't be happier with my Hatch. As someone with an unpredictable schedule, having the Hatch helps me regulate my sleeping and lets me feel like I'm waking up to a sunrise even if it's at 7pm before a night shift. Also, it looks so sleek and pretty - it's like a decoration itself. It gently wakes me up instead of jolting me awake like traditional alarms.

I love this thing I am terrible at falling asleep but the sleep story I always drift off someone here in the middle of it! Seems like a solid company, attended to service needs quickly!

My first Hatch malfunctioned within a year but customer service was great and sent me a replacement right away! I only wish I could play the calm app through it. I’m not impressed with their subscription content.

I originally got my Hatch Restore back in April and it was having major difficulties so I couldn’t rely on my alarm to go off in the mornings, I reached out to the customer service online and within a week and a half I was sent a brand new hatch that works perfectly and I haven’t had better sleep since I was a child. So thankful for the service I was provided and I use my hatch every night!
