I love this alarm clock. Waking up to a light and then a sound feels more natural and I’m more awake by the time the alarm goes off vs just waking up to an alarm. Amazing customer service too, I received an email that my hatch wasn’t functioning as it should and was sent a replacement that week.

Hatch sent me a replacement restore out of the blue. The first machine I got was for my daughter and I loved it. The second one I got for myself was awful. It wouldn’t work from the app unless I unplugged it every other day. I’m guessing they heard complaint as I randomly got an email saying they were replacing it. The new restore is amazing and now I’ll recommend hatch to everyone. What amazing customer service that was and they stand by their products. The best part is the morning sunrise waking me up!

Customer service 10/10 I had my hatch restore for about 2 years before it started glitching and giving me major connection problems, but Hatch support reached out to me to make it right. I upgraded to a restore 2 and I’m obsessed. Sleek look, big buttons, awesome speakers, touch volume adjustments, sleep sounds. I’m obsessed with the coffee color I choose!

Wonderful customer service that helped rectify my issues with my original hatch. The Restore 2 is great!
