I love it. Makes waking up in the morning so much easier. The customer service at Hatch is excellent. There was a problem with my Hatch 1 and they reached out to me to upgrade to the Hatch 2 for free. Wonderful company and wonderful product.

My last hatch had a malfunction with the top button and the customer service they provided was amazing I got and email that they had gotten an alert saying my hatch had an issue and replaced it with the newer model. I am so grateful as I have become pretty dependent on this to sleep I love the noise at bedtime and the alarms are nice to wake up to and not jarring the meditation is nice too I love the option on the new one for a morning moment

I love my Restore 2! I had the Restore 1 and while I liked it, I didn’t love it. It was a great concept but the functionality wasn’t fully there and I relied on the app to control 95% of the Restore 1. However, I received an email from customer service letting me know that my Restore 1 was faulty and they offered to send me a Restore 2 for free! I am so impressed with how proactive and accommodating Hatch’s customer service is. The Restore 2 is everything I wanted the Restore 1 to be and more! There’s a great variety of colors and alarm sounds that make the experience even better. It has a super user friendly design and has made my nighttime and morning routine so much better. Would absolutely recommend the Restore 2 to everyone (even if you already have the Restore 1)
