Hatch Prod - Shopify

Our 2 year old loves his hatch! It has been part of his bedtime routine since he was a newborn. The Hatch costumer service is top notch! I can’t recommend them enough. I even bought a hatch for myself.

Love this product and the great customer service they provide. We purchased a hatch 5 years ago and were having issues with sounds not working and they replaced it for free even though it was out of warranty. We just purchased another for our little girl due in October.

My second replacement Hatch and everything is finally working well. Snooze tap was not working and could not make changes through the App. Customer service was understanding and was responsive to a needed replacement. I really like this machine. Lets me relax and get a deeper full night sleep.

I love the Restore 2 and Hatch as a whole. They have A+ customer service and their product is beneficial for my early morning wake ups. I get up before the sun rises most days and I live in the northern U.S. so with winter coming I am at ease with less daylight and no sunrise when I wake up because I have my Restore 2.

I can’t imagine life before my Hatch 2.0! I had the original hatch that began to malfunction. I contacted customer service and they promptly informed me that I had a connectivity issue due to the hardware. I was sent the latest Hatch and could not be more pleased.
