Customer service for the win
I received a Hatch for my baby shower… within a month of using it, it completely broke. It would no longer turn on and disconnected entirely from my hatch app. I contacted customer service and within a few days they were shipping me a completely new device. The new hatch has been working great. I’ve had no issues so far. While I was very frustrated when the hatch died, I’m very pleased with how customer service handled the entire situation. Thank you, Hatch!
