I am so impressed with Hatch Customer service. My two year old Hatch suddenly stopped working and I lost sleep over it (pun intended). After many sleepless nights, I contacted Hatch and they replaced mine with an updated version. I am sad that I do not have the same sounds as in the previous version, but we are adjusting and back to getting quality sleep. I also don't have to fret waking up to the dreaded phone alarm. Thank you Hatch!
