Hatch Prod - Shopify

I got upgraded to the Restore 2 from my original Restore for free (the customer service team literally emailed me and offered me a new one) and it’s been such a bedside table game changer. i actually look forward to waking up and falling asleep now because it’s so much easier! definitely also recommend getting the hatch premium subscription since the content really enhanced the whole experience.

I really like the look of the new Hatch Restore and ease of setup but I was wondering how to remove the old hatch that was defective I couldn’t find on the app how to remove a device just thought that would’ve been easy to do. The customer service was excellent and well worth the investment for that alone.

Before I started using my Hatch, I used to dread getting out of bed and it would be so easy for me to accidentally fall back asleep. Now it is so much easier to wake up and stay awake with the bright, seemingly natural light from my Hatch. It's also wonderful to wake up with calm ocean sounds rather than the typical alarm sounds on my phone. I truly love my Hatch!

This device works…. I use it every night. I did have an issue with it but the Tech support is the best I ever worked with. They shipped me a new replacement within a week. This company is the best.
