Our first hatch+ rest 2nd gen stopped working suddenly. I reached out to support and they confirmed it malfunctioned and sent a new one! It is working great so far! I love that I can schedule when it turns on and off!

Hatch customer service representatives reached out to me before I could reach out to them due to our hatch not working properly on our brown noise setting and a couple other things. They offered to send a replacement hatch right away with no headache of additional steps to take. We had not had an issue previously and we love our hatch! Highly recommend to anyone wanting better night routine and getting your kiddo to fall asleep faster!

Absolutely incredible piece of technology that has helped my sleep immensely! I can not recommend this product enough! Well worth the investment and I strongly encourage everyone to get one. Bedtime and sunrise are made easy with the hatch.
