I purchased equipment based on your direction multiple times now only to find out that the equipment recommended won't work in my environment... only to find out that it kind of works...

Can not count on reliable service.

Customer service was horrendous. I had multiple issues with device not connecting or working properly and they did not help me.

Terrible

I submitted feedback and all I got was a lame excuse
