Customer service was horrendous. I had multiple issues with device not connecting or working properly and they did not help me.

This product absolutely SUCKS! We haven't done anything to it.....AND its in tamper mode. AGAIN. This is absurd. Why is this reader so terrible? It never stays paired. It sucks. I couldn't dislike something more.

I submitted feedback and all I got was a lame excuse

Poor customer service as well for paying customers, they don't speak English either or fix the problem. App updates make it worst!
