Poor customer service as well for paying customers, they don't speak English either or fix the problem. App updates make it worst!

We could not set our reader up after following the directions in the little booklet it came with. We tried to do it both with a iPad and an iPhone.

It doesn't work...

I was expected much more from a store affiliated with Shopify. Who's idea was it to offer a 3-day software trial on hardware that takes 5+ days to arrive? I ended up going to Target, purchased a Square reader, and had it up and running in <15 min...
