multiple issues with no solution

Shopify store itself is good , my review and what I care the most is the product being sold there Bad tap and chip nothing but problem, frustrating have to enter card manually most of the time Gets dangerously hot! This product need to be recalled and replaced with a better model ( the one being used in Canada)
