I needed to return an iPad case/stand due to the fact that the one offered by Shopify Hardware was not compatible with the latest iPad version, that has been out for several months now. How can this be?!? Return slip sent was only valid for 5 days, so I missed the return window due to travel. Horrible way to treat new customers, especially considering the mistake was really on the Shopify end. I spoke with (2) different hardware reps that both assured me stand would be compatible with the iPad I had purchased. When the Retail kit arrived, it was most definitely NOT compatible. All other items in retail kit (including bar code scanner and receipt printer) integrated well and are user friendly. But the stand is the most important part!
