One chip reader works the other doesn’t. Called Shopify they wouldn’t exchange it.

Two locations, 3 of 4 have gone bad in 4 months. Each time it has been a metal card that triggers the tampering failsafe.

Paid for 2 when I needed 1

Please resolve the issue.
