The device came on time and connected fairly easily the first time, although it definitely took longer than I expected. The reader worked fine for one day. The second day it simply would not wake up, and I could not connect it. I tried everything including disconnecting the reader and trying to reinstall it, and it would not take. I had to move to another POS system because I simply cannot take payments.

Offer other shipping services besides USPS. They’re terrible.
