not sure about gift receipts and returns. Still learning

The service I received regarding my broken device was good. I appreciated receiving new devices, immediately, but the disappointing product really clouds my opinion.

Selection of devices is very limited

Aggravating to spend money on something that doesn't work well.

It was great and on time shipping.
