Shopify Hardware - US

This rating would be higher if we didn't have to basically buy more expensive hardware to fix our issue. Beyond that we truly appreciate how easy they have been to work with.

If a human called me and said 1. We’re sorry 2. We’re fixing the problem, and 3. We’ll send you replacement products free of charge with candy bars for all your staff that is fed up with Shopify hardware - I’ll gladly give you 5 stars. If and when you do nothing, as has been my experience to date, you’ll get 1 star. Your move.

I think the prices are overly high because I can get the same products cheaper however they’re not compatible with the Shopify app which makes it annoying.

Have yet to be able to connect to my phone after going thru all the trouble shoot, only connects to ipad which then I have to Hotspot to get to work just alot more issues then I thought.
