Terrible responding emails on time. Package never delivered no reasons given

I tried various times make payment to us hanna with paypal or visa from Europe. System did not tell me that its not possible, its just said error. U cannot leave a message to the chat other then openening times of the office. When I was in US I made the order and the system did not tell me u have problems with shipping. It took 12 days to arrive. After the ph meter doesnt work unless I take out the battery out every time. I contacted staff from Slovenia, US, UK.

The equipment performs poorly, and when you call Hanna technical support for help they just try to sell you more equipment rather than assist with troubleshooting. I will NEVER purchase any Hanna equipment again.
