Problems: 1. Hanna charged $52
Problems:
1. Hanna charged $52 freight telling FedEx they don't need a signature confirming delivery. An email alerted me FedEx claimed delivery but it was not at my front door. FedEx left it at my front gate in the rain. We have a service entrance for FedEx, UPS, or other service workers to use but because Hanna failed to tell FedEx to get a confirming signature then my Hanna purchase was left in the rain at the front gate.
2. Because Hanna didn't tell FedEx to get a signature confirming delivery then Hanna has no proof of delivery.
3. Paying $52 for FedEx for 2nd day air is foolish. Thermo Electron North America ( A division of Thermo Fisher) ships HPLC parts to my laboratory via FedEx ground for about $18.
4. Because I need this tool for an experiment I'm currently conducting I will buy replacement parts for it but I won't buy anything else from Hanna.
