Sue Yankee Customer Success Manager reached out to me after I left the below review. I called Ms. Yankee, she has yet to return my phone call. Inconsistent Readings I have had the M.M. for 7 months. I have repeatedly called Hanna with questions and concerns regarding inconsistent parameter results. There responses have been of little help. They have repeatedly told me that my inconsistent results must be user error. For example, Today I tested PH 10 times and received 10 different readings. I have repeatedly requested my money back. They have denied my requests.

Machine doesn't work as advertised, tech support is not helpful, and now I'm having trouble getting someone to give me instructions on how to return the device.
