The instructions were incomplete, the kit did not include all the pieces, and made the test non-viable. After attempting the test, I tossed the kit in the trash and will find another vendor.

Back ordered item. I called and asked which items were back ordered and it was things in the kit I really didn’t need at the moment and asked if they could send the rest of the kit as a partial package and said no it would have to be in one kit. Well if I would’ve known on your site it was back ordered I wouldn’t of bought it from the MAIN manufacturer I would would’ve had opportunities else where but hey I guess you live and you learn

Poor description of product online, poor "chat" availability, timely shipping.

Items comes dirty and doesn't seem brand new...
