No after sale support. Ordered cl reagents and the expiration date was less than six months.

Had two handheld thermometers fail during calibrations by an outside tech. Customer service replaced one because it was still in warranty and I ordered a new one for back up. Both NEW thermometers showed up, one that had not been calibrated in 2 years and the other 1 year ago, Both thermometers failed at 540C once again and when I called with my frustrations I was told that I should have requested NIF certification. Sure you'd think your thermometers would show up in working condition since their website states that the thermometer goes up to 1000C or you'd think they would offer the NIF certification knowing that they are sending out meters that have not been calibrated in 2 years. Very disappointed. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because we have been using these thermometers for at least 8 years without any problems.

good quality meter but was mislead by improperly informed sales person. Who thought HI98190 ORP meter came with probe that read ORP. Had to get optional probe.

Shipping was fine. Tried calling customer support to explain our issues and look at replacing it under the warranty, but they immediately just transferred me to tech support.
