I purchased the instrument first and then ordered the reagents shortly afterward. The instrument took a very long time to arrive. I later learned that the delivery would take about a month, but there was no way to track the order, which was very frustrating. Now I have been waiting for the reagents for more than four weeks, and I still have no idea when they will arrive. Since the instrument cannot be used without the reagents, I have been unable to use the product I purchased. Could you please provide an update on the status of my order and an estimated delivery date? I would appreciate your prompt response.

It's a piece of garbage. New, and wouldn't calibrate to the 4. 01 solution. Got an error message and couldn't resolve it. Gave up.
