I have several more to do and need the reagents and stabilization packets to complete my work. the machine itself is great and i am very pleased with its operation. I received my water testing equipment which I paid for at the time I ordered it. I was then told after I paid for it that it was out of stock. It arrived with #4 & #7 pH solution. I called your tech support and was told I need #10 solution. The cost of shipping for what I need is about the same price as the product! I run a business and could have brought this elsewhere.

Very difficult to get someone on the phone. I was provided wrong information about my order. Placed the order for qty 40 when qty 16 was available and rest on back order. After placing the PO nothing was allocated to ship rather while 40 pcs are holding to ship together. I asked if it’s not shipping, is my card charged already ? I was informed, No, it was not charged. But they did charge on Oct 22 while the product is not due to ship till November 15th. No good. Now if I want to follow up I would need 2-3 hours out of my day to follow up. Product is shipping to DLA …
