Honestly this is our second Hanna ph tester for brewing.. we had high hopes for this one but we cannot calibrate it. We tried everything multiple times and looked online for additional help.

Plastic box latches broken off the first time I opened it ? Also the top won’t stay closed on the tester when there’s a vile inside! Disappointed! Never seen the problems with all the other marine tester I own !

Need some help

Deceptive description. The item needed extra components to work, and those are on back order. So at the moment we have a useless tool.

The delivery was very slow and impacted our production schedule.
